We&#039;ll be giving homemade chutney away this Christmas along with our own plum jam (great with pancakes).  It was a lot of fun to make and was a good family event.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hey, Porter. There&#039;s another easy, very easy way to make butter; although you must eat it almost immediately. It&#039;s good for a party. Just add heavy whipping cream in a couple of mason jars or any kind of jar with a tight fitting lid. Each person takes a turn at shaking the jar. You just keep passing it around. After a short while.....presto, you&#039;ve got butter. Serve an assortment of crackers. It acts as an appetizer. If it was fun for me in my classroom with fourth graders, it&#039;ll be a blast for young adults.]]></description>
