Thank you for all of the great ideas so far! The response has been heartwarming, overwhelming (1,300 views in 2 weeks!) and very much in the Slow Christmas spirit. The bummer is that I haven’t been able to capture all of your great ideas fully in blog format. And Slow Christmas is supposed to be a place where we can share ideas with each other.
But fear not! Slow Christmas is now on Facebook too. Those of you who asked for a more interactive experience, the moment has arrived. Click here to pay us a visit and share your favorite ideas. Post your photos, recipes, stories, haikus and half-formed thoughts on the wall or on the discussion board. What does Christmas mean to you? What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? Maybe you have a gift dilemma and you’d like advice. Let’s be our own slow heroes!
Merry Slow Christmas,
Porter

I’m planning to make a few of these folding photo cubes and thought others might enjoy the tutorial for a personalized gift. It would also be lovely to decorate one with artwork rather than photos.
